[ As Boxing Cat Full Nelson Saison ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, citrus, moderate yeasty, saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate ot heavy bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, seet yeast, citrus - fruit, saison yeast, hoppy. Draught at CBC 2016, Red session. Crocheted lacing from a pearl white head. Golden body. near-clear. Peachy aroma. Taste of grassy hops, peaches, and ripe, hopped fruits towards the finish. Rounded bitter tail. Medium bodied. Pleasant saison (Copenhagen 14.05.2016).

Tap at CBC 2016, Red session. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is light grassy hop. The flavour is light acid citrus, light bitter with a watery light hop bitter palate. Light bodied with average carbonation. A saison with pale ale characteristics! Served cool and very drinkable.
