Sample at CBC 2016. Hazy golden with a small white head. A bit sour with honey, grapefruit, malt, light smoke and some hints of spices. The body was full and the finish with warming alcohol. Quite a special one.

@ CBC 2016. Looks pale straw color. Honey, sweetness, caramel, candy. Full bodied, sweet honey, canned fruits. Meady. Heavy.

CBC2016. Trübes orange goldene Farbe. Geruch süß, Honig, Gewürze Äpfel. Geschmack sehr süß, Honig, Äpfel, leicht alkoholisch.

Draught @ CBC 2016, Copenhagen. Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of bready malts, ripe banana, toffee, juniper and rye with hints of honey. Taste is sweet, sticky and heavy with bready malts, hints of honey, juniper, rye and ripe banana. Finish is sweet and sticky with some honey and Sahti like notes. Pretty interesting. Like a mead mixed with some Sahti. Not sure if I like this or not, but it’s definitely unique.
