Draught@CBC2016. Golden colour no head. Aroma is fruity, floral, honey, some alcohol and mild nectar to it as well. Flavour is honey, mild sour wood, toffee and some mild herbs as well. In a way a bit simplistic, yet a nice depth in the flavours.

[ As Sahtipaja Jäinen Osmotar, Kahdeskymmenes Runo ].Unclear matt medium orange color with a small - virtually none, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy sour, tart, honey, funky, grapes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, honey, tart, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160514] 7-2-7-4-14

Bouteille 33cl, merci Timo. Dorée/orange, col huileux. Arôme au bouquet doux mielleux, petit rétro de vanille, pointe épicée et herbacée qui laisse penser au sous-bois. Palais est finement aigrelet, pomme verte, un peu doux mielleux avec un léger fruité. Le tout garde une pointe de lactique et de citrique mais compensés par le miel. Herbacé avec influence scandinave des herbes et presque côté genévrier-wormwood.

[5/14/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Red session. Cloudy golden. Aroma of fruity esters, yeast, a bit of alcohol, a honey note. Great sweet and tart flavor with honey, fruits. Good.
