29/7/2022. Cask at The Harwich Redoubt Beer Festival 2022. Pours clear dark golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma started veggie and stewed, starchy, musty but improved on early impressions with grassy, light tropical and light spicy notes coming through. Moderately sweet, medium bitterness, slight tart edge. Moderate body, a little watery, soft carbonation. Turned out ok.

Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 2015, National Winter Ales Festival (2015), The Roundhouse, Pride Park, Derby, Derbyshire, England, DE24 8JE. [ As S&P Topaz Blonde ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, floral. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, floral, fruity, toasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150213] 6-3-7-3-13

From cask. Pours hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light caramelish. Bitter, light herbal. Dry, solid hoppy and bitter dry finish.
