ARCTIC INFERNO is a Double NEIPA brewed in collaboration with @secondwindbrewing + @stellwagenbeer! Brewed with a base of Golden Promise, a ton of oats, and some white wheat. From there we hopped the hell out of this one with a blend of Citra and Simcoe. Fermented with an extremely expressive yeast, this beer pours with a beautiful orange color and haze with tasting notes of orange creamsicle, fresh mangos, and finishes like a scorpion bowl you ordered for two but definitely drank on your own.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Pours a hazy, golden peach color, with minimal head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor follows, with some resin and a touch of almost a saison-like spiciness. Mouthfeel maybe a bit on the thin side?
