Bottle Painy brought back from Hong Kong. Pours a hazy amber colour with a lasting bubbly off white head. Aroma of hops, corn, citrus, and light caramel. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, average to soft carbonation. Finsh has developing bitterness.

[ As Moonzen The Pawn Colonial IPA ].Unclear matt medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, straw, herbs, grass, floral. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt, grass, floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20161008] 4-3-6-3-11

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place.Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, straw, fruits, malt and hops. Slightly overcarbonated.

Bottle at the Pawn, Hongkong. Batch No 8, bottle No. 20. Smooth and fresh beginning. Floral, smooth. Mild and fresh body, a bit grainy. Floral hops with hints of sweetness. Not too intense sweetish but nice and floral. Moderate bitter in the aftertaste, fresh, but not too intense. Nice.
