3 Parts Nelson, 2 parts Citra, and 1 part Krush. Well, our good good Pally™️ Steve Parker from @fidensbrewing flew all the way out from Albany to make HIS style of Hazy IPA with us on our system. Utilizing his house yeast strain, his mash bill, and his whirlpool and dry hopping techniques, we ended up with beers that show a lot of hop expression, and a full mouthfeel that is wonderfully rich tasting but without the cloying sweetness often seen in this style. Tasting notes: A tropical fruit bowl! Yuzu, guava, grapefruit zest, kiwi, and mango.
