West Coast Pils w/ Mosaic, HBC 586, Nectaron & Citra Cryo
We’ve been having fun with new school hopped lagers since the beginning of our little brewery, but we feel like we’ve come a long way with them! The combination of Pacific Northwest hops along with one of our favorite New Zealand varietals makes for a beer that is wonderfully intense in hop character, and carries through from sniff to sip. Tasting notes? Orange bang, sweet Mary Jane, and grapefruit zest.
