Moment of Clarity Extra Maple is a Milk Stout carefully brewed and conditioned with coffee, chocolate, and buckets of dark amber maple syrup. It pours beautifully into the glass with a rich, mousse-like head and dense complexion. It leads with intense aromas of maple-drenched waffles and hot cocoa, giving way to notes of chocolate-covered maple cream candies that linger on the finish. This robust and amplified rendition still maintains the fluffiness of its predecessor, making it easy and pleasant to drink as a full pour.
It is a wonderful and decadent treat that, for us, evokes a yearning for relaxed Sunday mornings with a pile of chocolate chip pancakes. Enjoy!

Can pour at mass brew Fest. Opaque dark brown light sparkle ring of head. Aroma is strong, chocolate and maple roasted malt hint of coffee. Taste is sweet, roasted malts, strong, maple, chocolate, and hint of coffee. Smooth, thick texture, full body soft carbonation finishes taste. Excellent strength, decent complexity, pretty sweet.

Pours a thick, brown-black, with small, tan head. Aroma is maple, vanilla, chocolate. Flavor follows, with some bitter chocolate and leather in the mix. Thick, soft, smooth mouthfeel.
