[ As Derby Old Friend ].Clear medium orange amber color with a average, open and frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, cookie, biscuit malt, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, sugary, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150213] 6-3-7-3-13
