A California DIPA w/ ID-158, Idaho 7, Idaho Gem & Citra Cryo
We dreamed up this yummo clear and hoppy wonder with our good Pally™ Jason from Devil Craft in Tokyo. He was super pumped to use some hop varietals from Idaho that we hadn’t played around with yet. So we sat down together, rubbed some hops, and came up with a hop blend that really sang to us! The result is super pale in color, light bodied, and devishly sneaky on the booze. Flavor profile? Think about Agua De Sandia, Yubari Melon Hi-Chew, and Melona Honeydew popsicles.

Pours an only slightly hazy, pale gold, with mid-sized head. Aroma is citrus, grass, some hops. Flavor is citrus, melon, light hops. Crisp, clean mouthfeel. Minimal hop bitterness. ABV is well-hidden.
