The Other Brian - Thiolized

We’ve been messing around with this crazy yeast strain that unlocks thiols (aka insane tropical aromatics) for a while, but finally feel like we have a better understanding and grasp on it now! So we felt like was time to showcase it on our most beloved Hazy DIPA ever, The Other Brian!!! We brewed two different batches, one with this crazy thiolized yeast and the other with our house hazy yeast, and then spent some time working on a blend that allowed the tropical fruit to be wonderfully present in all the ways we like it. Tasting notes? Intense passionfruit, mango and sticky rice, and white grapes.
