Our latest hazy IPA is a nod to one of our favorite summer movies. The Vic Secret and Citra hop combination give this beer a tropical fruit flavor, with hints of pineapple, passionfruit, and citrus while the aroma emits notes of tropical fruit, pine, and resin

Can to becher pint glass.
Appearance: hazy burnt orange color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: lots of tropical fruity flavor with a good amount of pineapple being the base scent of those hops; then some piney/resin tones further down in there; swift clean malts
Flavor: moderately sweet with some bitterness trying to combine and somehow eventually does; so bittersweet it is; mild aftertaste of the tropical fruitiness and piney/resin
Texture: light to medium bodied, good sessionability about it; low key carb; semi-juicy somewhat smooth on the tongue; finishes crisp and resiny
Overall: for the most part, it's a good session IPA, just need it to maintain it's "bittersweetness" all the way.

Love the label, which comes from the Amity billboard in Jaws. This one pours a hazy, neon yellow, with smallish head. Aroma is a touch on the dank side, with citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor follows, with a moderate level of hop bitterness in the finish. It tastes like a stronger IPA. Smooth, soft mouthfeel.
