Pours a fairly-thick, oily, brown-black, with smallish tan head that forms up after a few seconds. Aroma is strawberry and chocolate. Flavor is strawberry, chocolate, some vanilla, a touch of pistachio. Just a bit too bitter in the chocolate (or maybe it's the pistachio?) to really pull off the ice cream sundae flavor. Mouthfeel seems a bit on the thin side. The ABV is well-hidden.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours black with a chocolate brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dark chocolate and dark grains with notes of strawberry and vanilla supporting. Flavor has chocolate up front with growing vanilla, a light nuttiness, some strawberry and dark grains backing.
