Brewer: Was brewing Fat Tire overnight and, we suspect, lightning hit the building and knocked the computers out. Consequently, malt kept getting added to the brewing process. Not wanting to "waste" all that malt, we went ahead and completed the process. Its a strong, malty beer at approximately 8.5% alcohol.
Was never bottled and is only available at the brewery.

An unclear orange beer with a small white head. The aroam is very sweet and spicy, while the flavor is sweet and very spicy combined with lesser notes of yeast and alcohol.

Draft. Golden-amber color with a little white head. Malty aroma. Flavor is very fruity, malty, and even more fruity. Finish is dryer than I’d have imagined.
