Radler
Ginger Lemon Radler is a zesty, refreshing take on the tradition of mixing beer with soda or lemonade to create a light, thirst-quenching beverage ideal for warm weather. Radler (literally “cyclist,”) takes its name from active German sportsmen of a hundred years ago, but our version tastes just as good even if you do nothing more strenuous than lifting it to your lips.

Well looks like I need to drink some of these things now. Light hazy greenish yellow pour. Nose is lemon and ginger unsurprisingly. Tastes of lemon, wheat, ginger, lime and cheap soda. I would drink this if I had a belly ache.

Can. A- Ginger, lemon. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Ginger, subtle lemon, wheat. P- Light body, average texture, medium carbonation, refreshing finish. O- Boy, this goes down well and goes down quick. Basically tastes like a ginger beer with a hint of lemon. I could down a six pack after mowing no problem. Would be good used in a Moscow Mule.

New England Bucket List Trip #253. 12 ounce bottle from State Line. Pours a hazy orange with a large frothy white head and floating particles. Decent head retention. Aroma of strong lemonade, a hint of ginger. The taste is pale malt, dry and candied lemon, mild ginger. Thin-medium bodied.

Ginger beers are not my thing and this one does nothing to convince me otherwise. Not that radlers are great either. Had a taste of this at whole foods.

Bottle. Ginger ale and lemon aroma. Sweet ginger/lemon, hay, and barley malt flavor. Very nice blending. A radler with beer taste - very nice.

Out of the sampler over 4th of July. Lemon and ginger overpower. Hazy, dirty piss yellow. Taste leans ginger. A little too tart and slightly syrupy. Meh.

Draft: Poured a white to hazy yellow with white head. Aroma is very lemon fruit. Taste is nice lemonade wheat. Reminds me of being back in Germany during the summer.

12oz bottle out of the mix pack. Generally, for a radler its damn good. Importantly, its not too sweet and has lots of lemon flavor, which I like. Its also light, as this style needs to be. It does not have too much ginger, which is great for me because I don’t like ginger. To me this was like an Arnold Palmer of beer. Has a nice sprinkle like carbonation. For the style, I really enjoyed it.

Tape @ Ungström tape haus. Cloudy fluorescent orange app. White head. Xo much ginger (@la Lindsey loham!) Refreshing soda sprite flavor. Tangy and tart. Petes just fine but not at $e wilde $6. Sheesh. Other beer experts pete better radlers in Deutschland for $.70 / bottle. Xo chape. Get a clue. Dupont is only 8$. Moving this to saison. Cheers.
