Kihabzik az üvegből. Hatalmas, fehér hab, opálos, narancsos szín. Gabonás, fűszeres, tipikus saisonos illat, némi citrusos beütéssel. Leheletnyit savanykás, gabonás, fűszeres ízvilág, citrusos aromákkal. Közepesen testes, enyhén szénsavas, közepesen keserű. Kellemes, frissítő jellegű sör.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of citrus amd hops, with funky and estery notes. Bitter flavour of hops and citrus, with estery and malty notes and funky touches, and hints of vanilla and fruit. Bitter aftertaste with acidic touches. Clean, well-balanced and very nice. A good example of the style.

Bottle, 7%. Distinct lemony and funky aroma. Mild vanilla note, must also be from the yeast. Cloudy golden colour. Good stable plasticky white head. The flavour is quite citric to begin with. Then comes a funky, lemony, grapefruity note with a distinct grapefruit bitterness. Late funk. Has a little acid bite, but fairly mild. High carbonation. Very flavourful and refreshing.

26th March 2018; Shrewsbury Beer Exchange Group in Chez Sophie. Cheers Paolo for this 75cl bottle. Cloudy yellow pour, white crown on top. Mini-sourness throughout with a slight pepper flavour within the citrusy grapefruit taste.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Mar 18, many thanks to Paolo for this. Pours misty yellow, large rocky white head. Aroma is vibrant, wild, sherbetty, zesty. Taste continues along similar lines, crisp, sherbetty sweet with a nice subtle grapefruit influence, Good flavoursome complexity at work here.
