We have made our own variant. We have been generous on the raw materials, and the result has been a heavy cider with 8,5% alcohol – a little less than a light white wine. Enjoy cooled at 6-8 degrees. Drink it on occasions when you could have chosen a white wine. As a welcome drink or a compliment to light dishes or soup.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Aroma of apples, light sourness, light applevinegar. Flavor is light sour, green apples, ripe apples, alcohol. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation, warming alcohol. The light acidic apple part is quite nice, but the alcohol doesnt fit. 060515
