Batch 2 of Black is Beautiful is a blended Imperial Stout of aged and fresh Imperial Stout. The aged portion (2/5 of the blend) is a 2.5 year bourbon barrel Stout the has aged gracefully and brings a refined character of bittersweet chocolate, toasted marshmallow and smooth as silk American whiskey. The fresh Stout enlivens the blend with fresh aromatics and flavors of milk chocolate, toasted almond and caramel drizzle.

Draft. Black beer with a tan head. Bourbon and light caramel aroma Bourbon and toffee flavor with caramel. Medium-plus bodied. Bourbon and toffee linger with caramel and light vanilla. A bit sticky sweet.
