Draft. Amber-brown beer with a cream head. Light malt aroma. Malt and light citrus flavor. Medium bodied. Malt and light caramel linger with light citrus.

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear mahogany with an off white head. Aroma of crispy bagel chips. Flavors are moderately sweet caramel with scant bitterness.
