On tap at Apex, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of bourbon barrels, dark dried fruits, and caramel. Flavour is very sweet, with loads of caramel, dark dried fruits and bourbon. Very very sweet, but at least there's some great depth here. The booze is hidden beneath the sugar. Tasty.

Draft. Light mahogany-brown beer with a tan head. Big whiskey and caramel aroma with oak, toffee, and light popcorn. Caramel/toffee flavor with whiskey and slight popcorn. Medium-plus bodied. Toffee/caramel linger with whisky and light chocolate.
