Back in July of 2018, we had the pleasure of hosting the team from Three's Brewing of Brooklyn, NY. Together, we crafted People Power in support of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) who tirelessly defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to all people in this country. This mixed fermentation saison, built on a grist of California malted barley, wild rice, and wheat, was heavily hopped with Motueka, open fermented, and aged in oak barrels for 23 months before conditioning on black limes. The resulting beer layers notes of bright key lime and jasmine with burnt sugar syrup and a distinctive, earthy funk for a crisp, yet complex experience.
