Bottle shared at Chris and Ruth’s pre-GBBF tasting 2015 - London. Massive thanks to Jezza for hooking up the London crew with this charity whale! Pours clear gold with a white froth for a head. The nose holds bready malts, some ripe orange. Medium sweet flavor with light leafy bitterness, caramel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Drying on the finish, with leafy bitterness, grass, crusty bread, grains. OK.

The taste is smooth, toasty ready malt, biscuit, cereal, light pepper and pithy citrus with a short, dry finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Simple toasty bitter. Forgettable.
