Switchback IPA was developed to maximize fresh hop flavor throughout its shelf life in a can. No more settling for IPAs that wilt within days of leaving the brewery. Utilizing a generous blend of Centennial, Amarillo, Cascade, Chinook and Simcoe this brew is bursting with citrus and floral hop character and a light malt touch

Reviewed from notes.
Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: glossy burnt dark yellow semi-cloudiness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney, floral and mixed citrusy bitter hoppy tones with a touch of sweet behind them; light biscuity to semi-caramel malt backbone
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine bitter to bittersweet blend; finishes leaning into some bitter hoppy tones in a subtle dry yet clingy subtle sweet
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: not a bad AIPA but a little bit more bitter than I had hoped for.
