Can to stange.
Appearance: bronzed orange color with a swiftly dissipating little white foamy head left just a little bit of concave lace.
Aroma: lemon to lime sweet to tart tones mesh with the tart to sour wheat, the salt and light coriander qualities; some acidity
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together with a tart to brisk sour acidity; light finish of tart to sour wheaty tones with the lemon and lime
Texture: light to medium bodied, very sessionable, some smoothness but not too much and the dry tone I wanted was there along with the wheaty bite
Overall: a very nicely done Gose with a modern twist, I'd very much love to have again.

Can. Amber beer with a thin cream head. Lime and light salt aroma with tartness. Light sour and lime flavor with oak, salt, and tropical fruit. Medium bodied. Sourness and lime linger with salt, tropical fruit, and light acetic notes. As close to a margarita as I've seen a beer.
