On tap at Cellador, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light oak, wild yeast, some stone fruit, and a little honey-like sweetness. Flavour reveals a complex array of mixed bugs, some rustic saison yeast, and a touch of oak. Subtle and elegant, this works really well. Excellent.

Bottle. Golden beer with a white head. Yeast and honey aroma with light spice. Tart and lemon flavor with light spice. Medium bodied. Tart/light sourness lingers with lemon. light yeast, and light oak.
