Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Malt and light mineral aroma. Malt and light mineral flavor. Medium bodied. Malt and grass linger with light mineral notes.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated March 25, 2019. Aroma has a light grain note with medium light floral and fruity esters. Medium light fruity and herbal hop notes. Pours a brilliantly clear, golden color with a medium large, moderately thick, frothy white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers on the edges for some time before disappearing. No lacing or legs. Flavor has a medium light sweetness with moderate grain notes. Light bitterness with medium light herbal, woodsy hop notes. Light fruity and floral esters. Dry finish. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a kolsch isn't my go to style, but this is easy drinking and clean.
