Tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Copenhagen - pours amber with a off-white head. Aroma and taste is malty and medium sour fruity, light vinegar, grape, barnyard, grapeskin, lingering tart finish.

[5/14/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Red session. Clear golden. Very vinous aroma with oak, caramel, a bit of vinegar. Sour flavor with wine, vinegar, oak, fruitiness.

Draught, 6.5 % abv, CBC 2016, red session. Next to clear golden body, a bubly ring to the rim of the surface. Ripe citrus nose, mid-tart. Tart grapefruit to the taste buds, bread-like malt beneath. Clean tasting. A refreshing cleanser at the end of the third session (Copenhagen 14.05.2016).
