Draught at @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Clear golden liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of white pepper, lemon, wood, light grape, apple skin and light funk. Taste is dry and light to medium sour with notes of lemon, grape and light apple skin. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Awesome.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sourish, wooden and grapefruity. Dry, citric and wooden. Smooth fruity and lingering mellow frui far finish.

Draught @ CBC 2016, Copenhagen. Pours clear golden orange with a smooth head. Aroma of juicy and tart fruits, oak, wood, vinous notes and lemon. Taste is tart, sour and funky with some farmyardy notes, citrus and lemon. Finish is juicy fruity, tart and woody with some oak. Pretty good.
