His nose is straight with a cute, rounded tip and is perfectly in proportion to his face... This gives him an attractive and striking profile. Plus, he always looks happy and confident in photos, which is especially appealing to most women. Some might even say -- "Hey Jeppe -- if I ever get a nose job is it ok if I make a replica of your perfect nose"

Draught at Omnipollo, 11/29/16.
Deep caramel-mahogany body with some violet hues on the edges. Beige head atop is medium-sized, showing moderate retention.
Pure, unadulterated sherry in the nose is even, soft, and very expressive, with almond, toffee, cherry, raisin, bread and other typical sherry-like notes. Not a ton of beer character, would be my biggest complaint, as there really isn’t much caramel malt character. Not boozy, either, which is nice and I assume the yeast and/or malt-derived fruitiness mixes in with the sherry character.
Less sherry in the mouth, with plentiful toffee, red fruits and moderate breadiness. Reasonably well-attenuated, though with some sugar certainly still perceptible. Low, but ample, mostly tight carbonation and low on the alcohol for its size. With warming and breathing, the dryness from the sherry and strong bready malts do get a bit fatiguing in concert with the light alcohol that emerges.

200ml draught at Omnipollos Hatt. Unclear dark brown body. Just a bubbly ring to the rim of the surface. Missing lacing. Smell of bread, alcohol and dried fruits. Mixed taste of biscuit, raisin and dark caramel joined by a touch of cognac. Hints of alcohol to the ending. Quite possible to drink, far from becoming a favourite though (Stockholm 25.11.2016).

Keg at Omnipollos Hatt, Stockholm. Hazy dark brown, creamy head. Rich aroma of cognac and molasses. Sweet with full body and thick, syrupy mouthfeel. Cognac, coconut, pears, toffee and molasses. Brandyish heat dominate the finish. Big and bold. More brutal than refined.

22oz bomber pours with a clear mahogany colored body that supports a tan head of foam. The aroma offers up malts, molasses, ripe cherry, nougat, sweetened oak and then cherry booze. The taste delivers smooth sweet malts, rich residual molasses and caramel like sugar sweetness leading into nectar sweet cherry nuanced oaky spicy booziness. This delivers a solid rich drinking experience.
