On tap at Backslope, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy hops upfront, with gentle bourbon and biscuity malt. Flavour is bizarre, with muted, earthy hops, followed by bourbon and a touch of vanilla. Barrel aging IPAs is always a strange choice and this one preserves that questionability. Odd and lacking cohesion.

Draft. Rich amber beer with a dark cream head. Grapefruit and bourbon aroma. Bourbon and grapefruit flavor with light oak. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Bourbon and grapefruit linger with light pine and oak.
