Draft. Hazy amber beer with a dark cream head. Malt and light bourbon aroma. Malt and bourbon flavor with vanilla and light grapefruit. Medium bodied. Bourbon and vanilla linger with light caramel and light grapefruit to balance.

22oz bomber pours with a slightly hazy copper body that has thin gold hues and supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up floral hops, candied peach and plum and then thin vanilla oak notes and bourbon. The taste delivers smooth candied peach and plum moving quickly into a flash of candied citrus and then smooth full bourbon booze notes. Just below the bourbon a sweet oak vanilla sensation bubbles away under the weight of the booze. In general this is a tad barrel forward and I'm enjoying the ester and hop notes that are getting through. Nice stuff.
