Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus and hint of pine. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter with a citrus fruity finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. It pours a sparkling, lightly hazy, golden body and a dense, finger-thick white head. Some lacings. The aroma is of the citrusy kind, with pine cones and some tropical fruits. Very low on maltyness, and that goes for the flavor too. It’s quite dry, with a nice bitterness. Lemon peel, pine cones and a faint tropical touch. Quite effervescent, finishing on the hoppy and bitter side. A very refreshing and quite tasteful beer, one that would do great with my lawnmowing or while BBQing. 140622

Medium bitterness, slightly watery mouthfeel. Nice one, as long as it’s listed as a session IPA or something like that...

Draft @ Fiera della Birra di Ferrara, Nov 2013. Holy hell batman, 3.5% goodness brewed with Citra, Nelson and Motueka. Cheers to the Olmo guys for hooking me up with goodies and plenty of free beers during the festival. Dorée léger trouble, col blanc. Arôme, on ets de suite pris par les effluves de ces trois houblons avec des notes sublimes de fruits tropicaux et autres agrumes, on passe du pamplemousse, à la mangue, au citron vert, pamplemousse, etc. Rien à dire de plus. Palais présente une amertume généreuse, le tout est solide à seulement 3.5%, le punch de cette bière offre une palette généreuse de trois houblons en vogue mais terriblement efficace au niveau des saveurs. Bière légère, complexe avec un malt très subtile offrant un fini pâle sec. Les trois houblons s’entrechoquent dans un festival buccal impressionnant. Bière qui paie pas de mine, mais terriblement efficace. J’adore.
