Draught @ CBC 2016 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Oksnehallen Vesterbro, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Faction The Penske File ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to light heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, hop oil notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hop oil, fruity hops, pale malt, fruity, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160514]

Tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Copenhagen - medium hazy golden coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is a mix of tropical and citrus fruits, medium pale malts, some light caramel, grapefruit, peachy, lemon, hoppy bitter finish.

CBC 2016, Red session, draught. Stable white tophead, solid lacing, near-clear golden. Aroma of peach and lemon. Fruit cocktail to the taste buds, moments of grapefruit, lemon and peach. Mid-dry fruity bitterness to the ending. Fine bodied. Drinks very well (Copenhagen 14.05.2016).
