Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 2015, National Winter Ales Festival (2015), The Roundhouse, Pride Park, Derby, Derbyshire, England, DE24 8JE. [ As Dancing Duck Absent Friends ].Clear medium amber color with a average to small, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, nutty, caramel, fruity, apple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, sugary, caramel, fruity, light apples. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150211]
