Fles gedeeld door Roelzie1986. Het is een roodbruin bier met een medium schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige fruitige geur. De smaak is vol, rood fruit, bessen achtig. Erg lekker!

Bottle from het Biermoment, BB 19/12/2019. Hazy copper color, short frothy head. Aroma of caramel and burned malts, slight tonka pastiche note, bit spicy. Soft fruity bitterness, quite sweet, candy sweetness. Full bodied. Good beer.

Bottle @ Winterbierfestival Gouda 2018. Cloudy brown color. Off white head. Aroma's: sweetish, resinous. Retronasal it's resinous, malty, sweetish. Flavor is moderate sweet & moderate bitter. Strong alcoholfeel. Full bodied. Finishes with caramel, moderate bitter. Nice!

7 3 8 3 15 Bottle at Pint Winterbierfestival, Gouda ‘18. Hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma of citrus, grassy notes, fruits, malt and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled from bottle at Goud Winterbier 2018. Dark brown with light tan head. Sweet toasted malts, hops, orange peel, massive biscuits and sweet tea. Sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Bottle at Winterbierfestival Gouda. Hazy amber with off white head. Pine, sweet malts, caramel, grassy, lemon peel, lots of dank bitter hops. Quite sweet and bitter. Full bodied. Not my favorite kind of barleywine.

Bottle @ Van Moll Brewpub shared with Erwin Van Moll. Hazy amber color, average sized off-white to beige head. Aroma is malts, sweetish a bit, lightly overripe dark fruits. Taste malts, sweet, lightly alcoholic, blackberries, rye, a hint of sugar. Overall quite nicely bitter. Decent to medium body, suitable carbonation. Decent. Interesting blackberry touch in there.
