Draft. Straw beer with a whitish head. Tart aroma. Tart and light salt flavor. Medium bodied. Tartness and light salt lingers.

On draft at Tap 25. It pours a pale yellow color with a small white head. The aroma is salty with lemon, guava and pineapple. The flavor is very tart and salty. Not too overpowering or off in any way, but on the strong side. Pineapple, guava and lemon. Low carbonation for the style. A tad funky in the finish. Decent and refreshing for the most part.

[2/3/16] Draught at Beer Revolution in Oakland. Cloudy pale yellow. Lactic aroma with citrus, coriander. Tart flavor, citric, lactic, slightly spicy, with a mild salty touch. Light to medium-bodied. Very good and refreshing.
