Draught@SBWF. Coppery brown colour with a small white head. Aroma is whiskey, some coffee, cherries, mild toasted tones. Flavour is kinda white peppery with some coffee, ashes, cherries and some tanninic tones with mild mild whiskeyish elements. Warming finish.

Bottle at Denver Rare Beer Tasting 8. Pours a very dark brown with beige head. The aroma is wood, tobacco, smoke, vanilla, cherry. Thick body, chewy, roasted malt, cocoa, vanilla, tobacco, wood, ash, nice boozy finish, very nice.

Tap at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Colour is dark brown with very small brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Coffee, dark fruits and malts.

Tap @ mikkeller bar. Poured pitch black with a thin brown head. Molasses, syrup, soy sauce, licorice in aroma. Flavor has syrupy notes, molasses, roasted malts. Sweetness. On the sweeter side for me. Quite massive.

Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting VIII on 10/07/2016. Murky brownish-amber color with a medium thick light beige head that diminishes gradually. Patchy lacing. Aroma of oak, malt, dark fruit and yeast. Full-bodied with flavors of vinous oak, caramel malt, dark cherry and earthy yeast. The finish is boozy and woody with a malt and dark fruit aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

[ As Gigantic Brain Damage ].Clear dark black brown color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, moderate hoppy - yeasty, wood, soy sauce, dark fruit, alcohol, caramelized sugar - candy - malt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, caramelized sugar - candy - malt, wood, soy sauce - dark fruit, dark malt, roasted - chocolate, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160514]

On tap at CBC 2016, red session. Pours dark brown, beige head. Malty, caramel, dark fruit, chocolate, bourbon. Sweet, dry finish. Warming, maybe even a bit boozy. Full bodied.
