Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 2015, National Winter Ales Festival (2015), The Roundhouse, Pride Park, Derby, Derbyshire, England, DE24 8JE. [ As Hop Monster Warlock ].Clear medium to dark red brown color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy, woody, roasted - dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150211]

Cask/Gravity dispense? at the 12th Egham Beer Festival - 17/08/12. Pours dark mahogony brown with a frothy tan head. Sweet hop nose, carmel malt. Tastes of hops, a little pine, a little chocolate. Medium bodied, great thirst quenching finish.
