Can from Big Trees in Arnold. Pours moderately clear dark yellow-gold with off-white head. Head is small and fades to a medium collar. Slight patterns. Tropical fruit - pineapple and mongo - on the aroma. Flavor is tropical fruit and guava/passion fruit. Malt is almost completely restrained to bring forth the hop aspects. Moderate-high spritzy mouthfeel leads to a dry finish, where some of the sweetness of the malt shows for the first time.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Juicy tropical fruit aroma with grapefruit. Juicy tropical fruit flavor with grapefruit. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Tropical fruit and grapefruit lingers with light pine.
