This is an exploration of hop variety HBC 462. Hopped mostly w/HBC 462 in the boil alongside smaller additions of Mosaic. Dry hopped with Centennial, HBC 462 and Enigma. Bursting with aromas and flavors of honeydew melon, tangy grapefruit pith, dried apricot and a subtle bell pepper quality that adds a unique complexity. Light, unfiltered, and crushable.

Draft. Hazy straw beer with a cream head. Light grapefruit and light over-ripe fruit aroma. Over-ripe fruit flavor with light grapefruit. Medium bodied. Over-ripe fruit lingers with light grapefruit.

On tap at Caps & Taps. It pours a hazy pale yellow color with a white head. The aroma has grapefruit, crackers and flowery dank. The flavor also has big notes of grapefruit with lighter hints of tropical papaya and apricots. Very grassy and spicy in the finish. Very aggressive from the aroma through to the finish, even for Cellarmaker. An exciting and satisfying beer.
