Half cask at the Bag o'Nails. Dark brown pour, silky beige head. Light roasty malts in the aroma. Taste is burnt toast, nutty, sweet.

Cask (gravity) @ 31th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2014, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Ashley Down Red Stoat ].Unclear medium to dark red amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, berry - fruity, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, tart fruit - berry, wood, nutty, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141206]

Cask at the pigs ear festival.. Deep copper light murkyness .. Thin tan lacing... Soft sweet malt fruits... Light berries nose... Soft fruits... Dry malts... Soft toffee... Light berries.. But also something a little odd

Cask-conditioned at the Beer Emporium, Bristol 20/12/2013. Deep, ruddy brown with a frothy, off-white head. Malty brew, with some brown sugar, red fruits and a gently bitter finish. Good.
