Draft. Golden beer with a cream head. Light yeast aroma. Bubblegum and yeast flavor with light malt. Medium bodied. Yeast and bubble gum linger with light malt nd light spice.

On tap at the brewpub. It pours a pale golden yellow color with a white head. The aroma is strong with apple and pear esters. Hints of orange and baking spice. The flavor has more orchard fruit, pepper and still, a bit too much apple for my tastes. A little oily on the palate and not quite dry enough, but it does have some nice peppery and fruity yeast notes. A little floral bitterness mixed with the pepper in the finish. Again, not quite dry enough, but a decent drink anyway.
