Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Yeast and light sweet malt aroma with light citrus. Grapefruit and yeast flavor with light spice. Medium bodied. Grapefruit and spice lingers with yeast.

On tap at Altamont. It pours a clear light golden yellow color with a large creamy off white head. The aroma has nice spicy and floral phenols. Minty and very bright. The flavor is the same. Bright and minty with hints of menthol, flowers and spice. Background notes of dried fruit. Medium minty/earthy bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel with a mostly dry finish. It could use a tad more carbonation, but otherwise a super sold Belgian.
