On tap at Pacific Coast, pours a clear dull copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out plenty of lavender and rosemary, with juniper further back. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of juniper upfront, followed by cereal sweetness and the other spices. Not really a tripel, nor an authentic gruit. Interesting experimental beer.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Spice and yeast aroma. Yeast and spice flavor with light fruity esters. Medium bodied. Spice and yeast linger with light fruity esters.
