Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Grapefruit and lemon aroma. Lemon and grapefruit flavor. Medium bodied. Lemon and grapefruit linger.

On tap at Hog’s Apothecary. It pours a semi clear golden yellow color with a nice creamy, fairly large white head. The aroma is full of citrus and tropical fruit. Grapefruit, mango, pineapple and light notes of sweet bread and flowers. The flavor is snappy with a little more herbal leafiness than I noticed in the aroma and slightly less fruity. A little dank. Medium bitterness, low for the style. Crackery, bready malts in the background with light bready, fruity sweetness. Cellarmaker of the East Bay!
