Taster showing dark tomato red with sparse quickly dissipating clean white foam. The nose shows intense notes of tart raspberry throughout. The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Tomato and raspberry forward throughout with a moderate tartness.

Fiery amber red color. No head. Excellent raspberry character nose. Slightly lactic. The barrel isn’t that noticeable, but ok. Really nice raspberry character very tart, touch of oak. Slightly warming but the tartness from the fruit is very strong.

2018 vintage draft at the brewery and multiple bottles shared. Pours a clearish raspberry red with a finger of pink foam that lingers. Tons of raspberry aromas with cherry and faint strawberry notes as well. Clean and crisp carbonation present, with some mineral notes on the palate. Lots of raspberry flesh that really shines. Dry and fruit foward finish. Balanced tartness and slight acidity on the finish. A perfect vehicle for raspberry. Again, Fonta's skill is their balance in their fruited sours. Stellar beer. --- Beer merged from original tick of Razzmatazz Vol. 1 (Raspberry) on 09 Jun 2018 at 17:17 - Score: 8

Bottle thanks to Tim. Pours a cloudy ruby with small off white head. The aroma is strong raspberry, cherry, some funk, oak. Thin body, tart raspberry, lacto, lingering sourness, enjoyed this.
