Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Malt aroma. Sweet malt and light grain flavor. Medium bodied. Sweet malt lingers with light backing hops.

On tap at Pete’s Brass Rail. It pours a super clear pale golden yellow color with a white head. The aroma has cereal grains, corn, bread crust and very light citrusy/earthy hops. The flavor is clean with mild fruity esters of apple and pear. Strong cereal grains and lighter notes of corn. Medium earthy hop bitterness. Easy drinking and clean. A good alternative for BMC drinkers. It reminds me a lot of the old Schooners American Cream Ale. Probably the same recipe.
