Draft. Brown beer with a dark cream head. Light toasted malt and light raspberry aroma. Raspberry and caramel flavor with light roast. Medium bodied. Raspberry and caramel lingers with light toasted malt.

[2/2/16] Draught at Drake’s Dealership in Oakland. Dark brown. Aroma of caramel, raspberries, nuts. Sweetish-sourish-bitter flavor with raspberries, caramel, some astringency. Medium-bodied.

On nitro at Altamont. It pours light brown with a creamy, light khaki colored head. The aroma is mostly toasted malt with light hints of roast and chocolate. The raspberries come out much stronger in the flavor, but still rather subtle. Lots of toast, light coffee and cocoa with a mildly tart and toasty, raspberry finish. Subtle but good. It has a relatively light yet oily body.
