Draft. Rich amber beer with a cream head. Nutty and light caramel aroma. Caramel and light nutty flavor. Medium bodied. Caramel and light citrus lingers with light nuttiness.

The beer is a medium amber color. It’s fairly cloudy. Good sized white head. Lots of lacing. Good retention. The aroma is fairly nutty with a good dose of caramel maltiness. More brown ale in character than anything. The taste is chock full of nut flavor. A bit surprising, actually. Fairly dry. Solid toasted malt character. It’s really just a pecan explosion, at least for a beer. I’m not sure this flavor works best dry and fairly light, but it’s nice enough. Medium to light body. The nut flavor is just a bit odd, but I still feel like this is a successful experiment.
